Roni Greenfield

I’m currently studying towards an MSc in Russian and East European Studies. Prior to Oxford I graduated from University College London with a BA in Politics, Sociology and East European Studies.

My research interests are centred on Russian domestic politics, as well as Russian foreign policy in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. I have a keen interest in the evolution of ideology and regime stability of the modern Russian state. My undergraduate dissertation explored the electoral effectiveness of Navalny’s “Smart Voting” strategy in the Moscow City Duma elections.

Upon completing my Master's degree, I am looking to enter a career in business intelligence and geopolitical risk, specialising in dispute and litigation support with a focus on the post-Soviet region.
