There will be a lecture by Vladimir Mau followed by two round-table discussions (please see below for the panels). Each panel member will speak for 10-15 minutes on a topic that fits the general theme of that panel.

 2.15-2.45 pm: Keynote Lecture by Prof. Vladimir Mau of RANEPA

 2.45-4.30pm: Panel I: Recent Developments in the Russian and Post-Soviet Economies: Performance, Challenges and Reforms: Richard Luddington, Carol Leonard, Julian Cooper, Tom Mundy.

4.30-5.00 pm: Tea break

 5.00-6.45 pm: Panel II: Possible Future Trajectories of the Russian Economy and Its Relationships with the Global Economy: Andrey Kazmin, Chris Davis, Peter Tabak.
