REES Alumnus to join OECD's Global Relations Secretariat

REES congratulate recent MPhil graduate Geoff Upton on his appointment as a consultant within the Global Relations Secretariat at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Geoff will be part of the Eurasia team who support the ongoing energy sector reform process in Ukraine. Bill Tompson from the OECD tweeted that he was 'glad to get' a REES graduate!
