Dr Makovicky has been awarded a network initiation grant from Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (Sweden) for the project Becoming Taxpayers: Establishing the Anthropology of Tax. The grant will be held together with Dr Lotta Bjorklund Larsen (Linkoping University/University of Exeter).
