Nazmus Sadat Khan is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Muenster, Germany. He obtained his doctoral degree in Economics from the same university in 2016. He is a former fellow of Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University, USA. He also worked as a visiting researcher at Tohoku University, Japan. His research interest is in the area of Applied Macroeconomics and International Economics. More specifically, he is interested in investigating the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies and the transmission mechanism of different macroeconomic variables from one country to another. Currently he is working on the economic nexus and spillover effects of different macroeconomic shocks between different East European and Baltic countries. His research works appeared in several journals which include International Review of Economics and Finance, Applied Economics, Economics Bulletin, Applied Economic Letters etc.
